Shorey’s Early Life
Ranvir was born in the house of film producer Krishan Shorey, in 1972 in a middle class family in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Although his father was a film producer, the films produced by Krishan Shorey did not do well, due to which the family had to face financial difficulties. Ranveer was raised along with his two other brothers Lokesh Shorey and Shrinath Shorey. However, a few years after Ranveer’s birth, his entire family shifted from Jalandhar to Mumbai.

Shorey received his early education from Dayanand Model Sir Secondary School, Jalandhar. Then the family shifted to Mumbai. Later he completed his primary education from St. Theresa High School, Bandra, Mumbai.
